The founder of Media.net, Div Turakhia, now finds himself amongst a small class of digital entrepreneurial billionaires, after selling his juggernaut ad tech business. As according to the Hurun 2017 Global Rich List, Div is currently the #10 self-made billionaire worldwide at 35 and under, with a net worth of $1.5B. Div made his first million dollars at the age of 18, his first $100M at 23, and saw his net worth cross $1B at the age of 34. In 2016, Div debuted on the Forbes list.

Div started programming at the age of 9 and internet consulting for large corporates at the age of 14. At the age of 16, he co-founded a web hosting and domain registration business along with his brother, with a tiny investment of $600. He exited this business for $160 million.

In 2005, Div founded Skenzo, a domain advertising startup, a niche in the online advertising industry and in less than a year grew it to become the #1 fastest growing domain advertising business worldwide and then the #1 largest business in that industry vertical.

Div Turakhia is currently the founder and CEO of Media.net, one of the top 5 largest advertising technology companies worldwide, that he recently exited to a Chinese consortium for $900M. Additionally, he runs his global investment fund and co-owns various other tech businesses along with his brother.

His businesses have been featured by Deloitte in their Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 lists. Also, by Red Herring, in their Top 200 Private Companies list.
