Describe the problem you are solving.

Focusing on the problem of how to bring music to the new media of virtual reality and eventually augmented reality.

Why did you start this company? What excites you about it?

I first tested an VR headset with the development kit in early 2015 and immediately knew this tech would change the world. Music has been important in my life and knowing that combined with this medium will be disruptive and revolutionize the whole industry.

What steps have you taken to validate the market? What traction can you share?

Won 1st place in an international hackathon (Leap Motion 3D Jam 2.0); spoke with music industry professionals at an invite-only music industry retreat run by DJ Jazzy Jeff; worked with several high profile artists.

Who is your target demographic?

Prosumers, Experienced musicians/performers/composers/music producers: These professional and hobbyist individuals purchase audio production software and hardware costing into the thousands of dollars.

How do you plan to acquire customers?

VR online storefronts such as Steam, Viveport, Oculus Home.

What is your revenue model or expected revenue model?

Licensing, selling consumer version with in app purchases and DLC.
