To help folks feel more clear and comfortable posting and sharing in the group, we created this Insider Guide. Some people call them rules. We prefer *guidelines*.

Propelify Insiders is a community of innovators who help propel others (and themselves). We’re a diverse community of people from many different identities, cultures, and beliefs. We’ve spent time thinking about the different points of view that create a safe and open environment for everyone.

We want to foster a positive, diverse community. We remove content that contains credible threats or hate speech, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages. We do generally allow stronger conversation around topics or people who are featured in the news or have a large public audience due to their profession or chosen activities relevant to our purpose as a group.
We understand that many people use social media to share important and newsworthy events. Some of these issues can involve graphic images. Because so many different people are in our group, we ask that you strongly consider the benefit of sharing for the good of all members.
